Experience the joy of creative expression in a supportive group. In this 4 week course you will do simple art therapy exercises combined with mindfulness and relaxation techniques. You will have space to reflect and leave feeling more calm and connected. Each week we will explore different themes.

Art therapy is the use of creative process within a therapeutic relationship. Art is a tool that can bring what is inside yourself outside yourself to be witnessed symbolically in a creation in front of you.
Join me for an introductory talk and experience of art therapy. I will cover what it is and the benefits and you will experience a peaceful and rejuvenating creative process with guided visualisation so you can have your own experience of how it can enhance your wellbeing and self-awareness and how it may assist and benefit others.
